Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) has his hands full when it comes to romance.

He recently solidified a relationship with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver); however, as Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) is dealing with mental health issues, the chapter on their love affair might not be closed just yet.

So, who’s more suited for Mr. McCall? The character’s portrayer, actor Trevor St. John, recently chimed in on this by offering his thoughts.

Trevor St. John recently spoke with Soaps.com about the pickle Tucker is in right now. The actor points out that above all else, Audra is truly McCall’s best friend, which adds a “nice” element to their romance. He also adds that the two not only have a history together, but she’s also charming and beautiful. Plus, Audra truly understands Tucker, and “he feels that”.

Then, there’s Ashley. St. John notes that he believes Tucker will always have an “attachment” to Ashley, despite the Paris café incident and all the accusations that came with that.

Trevor adds that he’s unsure about a reunion with Ashley; however, Tucker will always “care” for her as she was a big part of his life.

While Tucker’s trials and tribulations keep Trevor busy, he’s also currently promoting his new flick, A Good Enough Day. It’s about a photographer facing his “own morality” who tries to overcome the heartache and guilt he’s carried for decade-long mistakes.

The character is on a road to redemption, and St. John not only stars in the movie, but he directed and co-wrote the film. Fans can catch A Good Enough Day on Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video, and the flick can be purchased or rented.
