Young and the Restless Spoilers: The Abbott Siblings Get Married Without Prenups, Problems Arise

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that both Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) may have major problems on the horizon.

Both rushed down the aisle within a matter of weeks between weddings, and in their race to say, “I do”, they both may have forgotten a major step between planning flowers, cakes, and décor: the prenup.

Y&R Spoilers: Could Diane Jenkins & Tucker McCall Be Scheming Together?

Y&R fans online have speculated numerous times that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) could be in cahoots, aiming to bring down Jabot and the Abbott family.

If this is true, then Jack and Ashley refraining from signing a prenup is a massive mistake.

Technically speaking, and acknowledging that this is a soap opera so “anything” is possible, if Tucker and Ash were to divorce, and Jack and Diane did the same, could Diane and Tucker join forces and have enough shares to be a dangerous force at Jabot?

Y&R Spoilers: Prenups Could Be Signed Behind Closed Doors

While Diane and Tucker’s alignment would be a plot twist, it does seem unlikely. McCall is genuinely smitten with Ashley, despite Ms. Abbott seemingly “using” him to get under her brother’s skin.

It’s also hard not for fans to see the doubts Ashley had prior to walking down the aisle. Is the show foreshadowing that Tucker could end up hurting her in the end or is it that she’s just not that into him?

At the end of the day, writers may not have shown or talked about prenups being signed because they are a non-factor in the storyline.

The documents could have been organized offscreen and will not be a part of this arc as it is going in a completely different direction. Only time will tell.
