General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) worked for Pikeman Security Group in his mercenary years.
He was a logistics coordinator but apparently has current contacts-could he be more involved with them than he claims?
General Hospital Spoilers: Valentin Cassadine Worked As A Mercenary For Years
Valentin worked as a mercenary for years after leaving WSB spy school-and he was the head of an international diamond theft ring and worked with Cassandra Pierce, (Jessica Tuck).
She was an international drug lord who wreaked havoc on Port Charles and came after Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) when she and Valentin were still married.
She met her end when she kidnapped Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) escaping in a dinghy that Valentin planted a bomb on.
Several months ago, Valentin was contacted by Pikeman that they wanted to run “merchandise” through Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) territory. Valentin was the one who put them together, but also warned Sonny to watch his back-he seemed to know something was up before the Metro Court Pool shooting.
Valentin and Laura won't stop searching until they find Nikolas… not even if they find themselves in harm's way.

GH Spoilers: Too Much Of A Coincidence?
As Sonny and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) talked at poolside, she said that Valentin wanted her to pass along a message. She relayed Sonny was not to speak to anyone new. “If your contact person is to change, do not proceed until you’ve spoken to your original contact person,” was Valentin’s message.
Just then, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) came to the pool area and spotted a gun-the sniper’s shots rang out, one hitting Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) via ricochet.
Could Valentin’s warning been too much of coincidence; could he still be more involved with Pikeman than he admitted to Sonny, and does Anna know?
General Hospital Spoilers: Valentin Cassadine In The Hot Seat
In Chechnya, Kevin and Laura Collins (Jon Lindstrom, Genie Francis) decide to pursue their search for Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) alone on Cassadine Island. Laura convinces Valentin to return to Port Charles to keep an eye on Spencer Cassadine, (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) Charlotte Cassadine, (Scarlett Fernandez) and Anna.
Prior to the sniper attack at the pool, Anna knew about Pikeman and thought Sonny shouldn’t have anything to do with them; she described them as very dangerous.
Shortly after returning, Valentin will be in the hot seat; could it be because Anna finds out Valentin is more involved with Pikeman than he admits? How else would he have known to deliver that warning to Sonny, did he hear of a possible attack?
