Days Of Our Lives spoilers indicate that Everett Lynch (Blake Berris) is far from being the most honest guy in the world.

After all, Everett seems to be not only Stepanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) ex-boyfriend but Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) ex-husband as well.

With this guy’s seemingly shady past, what could Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn) do for Stefan Dimera (Brandon Barash) that has him threatening to quit The Spectator?

Everett Lynch Is An Investigative Reporter

Days of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that Everett is an investigative reporter whom Chad rehired to help him make The Spectator a respectable paper again.

However, it seems that Everett has an issue with Chad’s family ties when it comes to his brothers, especially Stefan. What does Chad agree to that sets Everett off?

Everett has been working on the case of the illegal drugs that are ramped up in Salem currently. People are dying from these drugs and the DA’s stepdaughter just overdosed on them recently as well.

Unfortunately, Everett believes that Stefan could be behind the drug activity although it doesn’t make sense why he would be.

DOOL Spoilers: The Bistro Was Recently Raided

Acting on a tip, the Salem Police Department recently raided The Bistro in an effort to find a stash of these drugs. However, Clyde Weston (James Read) got word of this and sent someone to retrieve the drug just before the cops arrived.

This is the only reason the drugs weren’t found in the back of the freezer where they had been stashed.

Of course, Everett would be covering this part of the story as well. However, since nothing was found, could Stefan ask Chad to kill the story so it doesn’t hurt the reputation of the restaurant?

After all, Chad knows that Gabi Dimera (ex-Camila Banus) is in grave danger if Chad doesn’t do what he is told. Does Chad cover something up to protect her?

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Everett Lynch Doesn’t Know The Whole Story

Little does Everett know that both Gabi and Tripp Johnson’s (Lucas Adams) lives are at stake if the truth comes out about the drugs.

EJ Dimera knows all about this but isn’t stepping up to do anything. Chad doesn’t want to see anyone die at the hands of Clyde. Will Chad explain this to Everett or just expect him to trust his judgment?

Everett will threaten to quit if Chad continues to cover for his brother. However, Chad is trying to protect other innocent people as well.

Will Everett and Chad come to an understanding about this issue? Will Chad have to find himself a new editor-in-chief? Will Clyde finally pay for his crimes and his drug ring be shut down for good?
