Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Kate Takes Harris To Visit Lucas, But Are Clyde’s Spies Watching?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow) will take Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) to visit Lucas Horton (Bryan Datillo) at Statesville Prison.

But there could be danger there as much power and control as Clyde Weston (James Read) has there-are his spies watching?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Harris Michaels Wants An Inside Informant

Harris told Kate and Roman Brady, (Josh Taylor) who has done lots of ISA and police work in the past, that he wants Lucas to be an inside informant.

He strongly suspects, after reviewing Clyde’s rap sheet, that somehow he’s managed to run a drug business on the outside and that’s what’s driving Salem’s drug problems.

He cleared this with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) before even asking about working to get Lucas’ sentence commuted if he cooperated.

All Lucas had to do is wear a disguise-in this case, that of a priest in the prison-and wear a wire. Then he just needs to hang around the common areas and especially the phone that the prisoners use to catch Clyde in the act of incriminating himself.

DOOL Spoilers: Lucas Horton Would Like Nothing More

Lucas would like nothing more than to take Clyde and his drugs down for good-it would require Clyde to be transferred to a supermax prison in solitary.

But the Salem PD needs to hear Clyde say some names or talk about some known crimes as proof; the phone is monitored, but he’s been calling nontrackable burner phones.

They need to know who his contacts are on the outside, and hope Lucas in a disguise with his wire on will be able to get that information.

But the fact that Clyde has a network on the inside is very troublesome-he even calls the shots in the women’s side of the prison. Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) suspects he’s responsible for Gabi Hernandez-DiMera’s (most recently Camila Banus) broken leg.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Every Precaution Will Be Taken

When they get to the prison and start talking to Lucas, Harris assures him and Kate that every precaution will be taken to keep him safe.

But what they don’t know is who Clyde’s sympathizers and spies are, aside from Orpheus (George delHoyo) who is already in a section kept separate from the main population.

However, Lucas may be in danger in spite of all their precautions taken-and Harris find himself in danger too on the outside when they try to do the op.

Lucas may find himself in a trap on the inside of the prison, and be injured like Gabi was on the women’s side. As for Harris, Clyde might not just have drug dealers on the outside working for him but might have hit men too-and set up a trap to take him down!
