According to the General Hospital spoilers, there are good and bad people in Port Charles. It can be hard to recognize the good people since there are so many mobsters running around. This question was brought up on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards.
The user Cicero asked: “Is there anyone on the show who’s always been completely good? A character who has never done anything bad throughout the show? It’s interesting because we see a lot of characters go through big changes and face tough situations. But I wonder if there’s someone who’s always been just good and kind, no matter what.”
General Hospital fans took to the thread to share their thoughts. One user argued that every character on the soap has done at least one bad thing in their life aside from the children. The reason why they resort to the dark side is due to desperation or self-preservation. Even most of the characters who are labeled as good have done nefarious things.

Most GH fans agree that only the children are the saints. Still, the daytime soap may have had more saints in the past before it focused on the mob.

One user listed off names like Nurse Donna, Trish at the Metro Court Restaurant, the cook at Quartermaine Mansion, and the nannies who are not Betty. They also named Terri and Yuri. Another fan noted that Joe Kelly, Ann Logan, and Gail Baldwin also had seemingly good histories.
One fan wrote: “I can’t remember Lila Quartermaine doing anything wrong.” Another fan responded: “Yes, Lila was pure.”
The General Hospital spoilers reveal there are plenty of good people in Port Charles. One suggested that Georgie Jones and Sabrina Santiago were good until she got blindsided by Robin’s return. Many of them sinned because they were simply complex individuals. Their weaknesses is what made them do things they normally wouldn’t do.
