General Hospital Spoilers: Kim Delaney, Ex-Jackie Templeton, Faces Serious Hit-And-Run Legal Woes

General Hospital (GH) spoilers note it’s been a hot minute since fans have seen Jackie Templeton; however, her portrayer, actress Kim Delaney, is dealing with some massive real-life legal drama.

As per TMZ, legal documents reveal that someone by the name of Dzhamal Badalov filed a case that claims the actress ran into his motorcycle while he was stopped at a red light. The incident happened in November 2022.

In addition, Delaney is being accused of erratic driving right before the collision, plus, plummeting the victim out on the road.

Badalov stated that the actress tried to leave the scene before witnesses got involved. It’s also allegedly being noted that Delaney seemed intoxicated while trying to call someone.

But, wait, there’s more! The legal documents also state that whoever Kim was on the phone with tried to bribe Badalov into not calling the police; an offer he rejected.

After the fact, the actress took off, thus turning this into a hit-and-run, following the orders of whoever was on the phone.

Sounds like a storyline right out of GH’s books!

Due to her actions, Badalov is suing the actress. TMZ followed up with its own investigation and there is a criminal case filed against Kim in LA, noting she is facing hit-and-run charges. It looks like the police report verifies everything outlined in the legal documents filed by Baladov.

Still, Kim has yet to comment on the incident. Kim Delaney will have her day in court, with proceedings set up, sometime during the week of January 29 to February 2.
