General Hospital Spoilers: Nina’s New Enemy, Ned Busts Nina As SEC Whistleblower?General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) might make a new enemy when Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) clears his name. Everyone thinks Ned is the one who got Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in trouble for insider trading, but his sources find out it’s not him!

General Hospital Spoilers: Ned Quartermaine Prime Suspect

Since Ned had made some veiled threats to Drew about his and Carly’s having committed insider trading previously, of course they consider him the prime suspect. No one in Ned’s family believes he wouldn’t have made that whistleblower report to make sure ELQ stays on top and not Aurora Media. Ned has been complaining about all kinds of optics, like when he found out Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is alive he demanded a statement.

Valentin was busy with Drew in Greenland, taking down Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and rescuing family and friends. The minute Drew returned to General Hospital with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) the SEC was waiting and as a result, Ned got knocked out of his socks!

GH Spoilers: Nina Reeves Is On A Mission Of Redemption

Meanwhile, Nina is on a mission for redemption, realizing the snowball of destruction picking up speed that she’d started, even asking Carly for help. She was in tears as she asked Carly to help her fix her relationship with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) after having a heart-to-heart with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

But in a later conversation with Ava Jerome (Maura West) who has some secrets of her own she’s hiding, she was advised never to come clean about this. Even though clearing her conscience might make her feel better, it would make things even worse for her relationships with Willow and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

But Ned does gain one ally with more strings to pull then he does who will help him clear his name-his mother, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot)!

General Hospital Spoilers: The Walk Of Shame

Nina may even gain some ground with her relationship with Willow after she begins recovering from her bone marrow transplant. She’s accepted Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) as her great aunt and has begun calling her Aunt Liesl. Unfortunately, once Ned and Tracy team up to expose the real whistleblower and Tracy pays someone off to spill the tea, any ground Nina’s gained will be lost.

It’s likely Sonny won’t stand by her either, because what she did hurt the mother of his children, and he won’t stand for that. Unfortunately, all that may be left for Nina is to walk the walk of shame!
