General Hospital Spoilers: Chase and Brook Lynn Won’t Last — and It’s Not Because of TracyGeneral Hospital Spoilers indicate Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) may be enjoying the bliss of being back together right now, but they’re not even in the same relationship. Chase thinks they’re back on level ground, and possibly headed toward the rest of their lives together.

Brook Lynn, on the other hand, knows that her time with Chase is probably just as limited as it ever was. She just can’t seem to get ahead and stay ahead where he is concerned. Every time she gets a new chance with him, the truth comes out that she has once again stooped too low for his liking, and he bails. Is that all she has to look forward to?

General Hospital Spoilers — Brook Lynn Blames Tracy

Brook Lynn might be quick to blame her grandmother, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), when the truth comes out, but Chase won’t take kindly to that. Apart from that stunt he pulled pretending to be a father when he wasn’t, and a few other little white lies mixed with assault, Chase is an upstanding guy with a strong moral code.

He can’t stand that Brook Lynn sold herself so short with Linc Brown (Dan Buran), and it was a major turn-off for him how easily she gave in again when the chips were down and she just wanted her songs back. Now, to find out she meddled in his life to get him back on the police force is going to hit him like a punch to the gut.

GH Spoilers Suggest Chase Calls Her to Task

Chase isn’t going to stand for Brook Lynn’s backroom deals any longer. Didn’t she learn anything last time, when he not only didn’t want to be her beau anymore but didn’t even want to be her friend?

How is he going to be able to stomach going back to work — knowing the truth — without questioning whether he got his badge back based on his own merits? When Brook Lynn tries to force Tracy to take the heat on this one, Chase will remind her she never had to interfere or go along with it, and deflecting won’t work.

General Hospital Spoilers — History Repeats Itself

As history aims to repeat itself once again with this couple, fans are tiring of the constant back-and-forth that leads us to believe these two won’t last. Brook Lynn can’t ever seem to measure up to Chase’s expectations. Let’s be honest, he’s a serious but playful guy who wants a real future with a family and stability.

Brook Lynn is anything but trustworthy. Could he really see himself sharing a life with her, or having children with her? She might have played the role well when it was temporary, but he will begin to doubt that Brook Lynn will ever grow up. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead to find out how much longer this pair has.
