Of course, we can’t wait to see that first time Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) lays eyes on her baby boy — alive again. We are relishing the thought of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) realizing his brother from another mother is back in action.
We’re on pins and needles trying to picture what it will feel like when Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Jake Spencer (Hudson West) learn they haven’t lost their father after all. We’re even cheering for the moment Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) sees Stone Cold’s face again.
But the real moment we’re all waiting for is when Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Jason lock eyes and arms, right? About that…Carly is now deeply (arguably) in love with Jason’s twin brother. We have a sense of how this is going to go — do you?

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may mean the world to Carly right now, but that’s taken in the context of a world without Jason.
When Stone Cold resurfaces, it could change everything for Carly. Let’s be honest; she wasn’t exactly ready to jump out of her marriage with him and back into bed with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) when he came back from the dead either — but she did it.
It was the right thing to do, even though their marriage didn’t last. By that time, Jason was with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and then gone. Would his homecoming be the wrecking ball to Carly and Drew’s already shaky foundation?
Recent months have left them with little time to be together, and it seems that Drew is slowly shifting into a new personality that Carly isn’t going to be keen on. Divine timing?
GH Spoilers Claim Carly is Home
Carly’s trip to Amsterdam will have little to do with Jason. He’s not set to return to town until March sometime. But that doesn’t mean the distance won’t sow some more space between her and Drew that further derails their relationship.
As far as Jason is concerned, he may believe he’s coming back to Britt — not Carly. Thus, it may not be only Carly who drags her feet, hemming and hawing over who she loves the most.
Rather, Jason could have to contend with the news of Britt’s death and the reality that he’s never going to see her again.
Still, Carly has always been home for Jason. He’s destined to come back around. When he does, will she be ready?

Of course, while fans are debating which twin brother will steal Carly’s heart, we all fail to realize someone else is already in the running.
Sonny and Nina Reeves Corinthos’ (Cynthia Watros) recent split is making subtle waves right now. When the dust settles with Bobbie Spencer’s (Jaclyn Zeman) death, Carly could find herself seeking shelter in Sonny’s arms instead of Drew’s. Maybe he just knows her too well.
Maybe the experience in Amsterdam is going to change her in ways that draw her nearer to her ex than Drew — a man who just didn’t know Bobbie the way Sonny was able to after decades in her life.
