Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Sloan Works Hard To Spring Leo In Light Of Dimitri’s Threats

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Sloan Petersen Brady (Jessica Serfaty) works hard to spring Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) in light of Dimitri Von Leuschner’s (Peter Porte) threats. Dimitri threatened to sing like a canary about Sloan taking Nicole DiMera’s (Arianne Zucker) baby for her and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) to adopt!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: EJ DiMera Has No Cause To Prosecute Leo Stark

The only reason Leo is in jail is because EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) is charging him with felony murder because “his” and Nicole’s baby “died” after Leo delivered it.

These are not actionable causes, because the only thing Leo was guilty of is aiding and abetting a fugitive-namely Dimitri, who he was on the run with. Dimitri was driving too fast on the dark road trying to make it to meet Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) submarine when they got in the crash with Nicole.

It’s surprising that these charges have been allowed to stand, but EJ is now the district attorney and whatever he decides is what happens. Sloan has a real job on her hands working against the “father” of the baby she and Eric now have.

DOOL Spoilers: Dimitri Von Leuschner Knows Everything And Will Tell

Dimitri was livid when he realized that the baby, who he got attached to and gave to Sloan to get to the hospital was the same one she and Eric have. She didn’t take him to the hospital and Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) set it up for the baby to have “died”.

She hired a crooked doctor Pierce (Steve Mize) to tell Nicole and EJ their baby died and was accidentally cremated, but Dimitri figured it out and slammed Sloan. Sloan knows Dimitri is deadly serious about turning her and Trask in for kidnapping and fraud and telling Eric that they have Nicole’s baby!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Working Up A Deal

Sloan has to work up a deal and prove why Leo should at least get bail-but better yet, prove the majority of the charges EJ has pressed are bogus.

There is absolutely no precedent for someone being charged with felony murder in this case, the baby was alive when he was taken to the hospital. She may not be able to get the aiding and abetting a fugitive charges reduced or dropped but the other charges are ridiculous.

She’s doing her dead level best to get Leo released, if not by getting all the charges dropped, at least to get him out on bail. In the meanwhile, she can just feel Dimitri as if he was literally breathing down her neck!
