The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nate’s Engagement Surprise, Wants To Marry Victoria, Love Or Manipulation?
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nate Hasting, Jr (Sean Dominic) wants to take his relationship with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to the next level. He wants to wake up to her every day and not have to sneak off to the Newman suite at GCAC.
Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) urged Nate to solidify his relationship with Victoria. She thinks that would be the only way for them both to reach their career aspirations. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) warned Nate not to get “too comfortable” in the COO chair as the CEO of Newman Enterprises will always be part of the family.

After Audra urges Nate to solidify his relationship with Victoria to protect their jobs, he knows he needs to do something quickly. Y&R spoilers say that Nate could ask Victoria to move in with him, but that’s not likely. To accomplish his career goals, he will need a marriage. So, we can expect him to get on bended knee with an emotional speech about how they are destined to be together and are equals in their partnership.
Nate’s proposal may make Victoria a happy woman, but not everyone in the family will be happy. We can expect Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to have serious concerns about the marriage.
Y&R Spoilers: Newman Family Drama Erupts Over Nate Hastings
Victor will likely support their union. It would be a good way for him to keep tabs on Nate. While he doesn’t completely trust Nate, he admires his drive to succeed. As long as Nate realizes the COO position is the highest position he can acquire, Victor is okay with his relationship with Victoria.
Nikki is another story. She doesn’t trust him and doesn’t like that her daughter pushed Nick out of his position to hand it to her shady boyfriend. She thinks Victoria should have kept him at Newman Media and allowed Nick to keep his job.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick will lose his cool when he hears about the upcoming nuptials. The concerned brother will think their relationship is going too fast and urge Victoria to slow down. He will eventually give his blessing, telling Victoria he wants her to be happy.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will have trouble with the news. He doesn’t trust Nate, with good reason, and could plot to come in between them. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Billy will make a play for Victoria, leading to an epic Villy reunion in the coming months.
