It’s not uncommon for the CBS soap to bring back old characters. Oftentimes, they will give them closure and write new storylines for them. The last thing that happened to Drucilla was that she went over the cliff, and her body was never found. This could hint that she could show up in Genoa City at one point.

“It might even make sense if it were to give Mamie a reason for her return other than this Tucker crap. Maybe this could be the reason why she wants to reunite the cousins. I know there are many who don’t like the character, but I would like to see a closure to her story besides just having to accept her body is lying at the side of the river bank,” the user noted.
