The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Ashley’s Power Move, Jack Blames Tucker

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is blindsided by Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St John) announcement of their new health and beauty company. Jack is in disbelief that his sister would allow Tucker to manipulate her and lure her away from Jabot.

While in the park with Diane, Jack receives a press release announcing Ashley and Tucker’s new company, a direct competitor to Jabot. Jack thought his relationship with Ashley was in a better place, but the press release revealed that he was wrong.

“Jack is blindsided and baffled by the announcement. Peter Bergman shares with Soap Opera Digest that he never expected that Ashley would become a competitor to Jabot again.

Jack makes a call and confirms that the announcement is correct. He realizes that Jabot could be in serious trouble competing with Ashley. Not only do Ashley and Tucker have the money to throw into the company to make it a success, he knows that Tucker doesn’t play by the rules and will do whatever is necessary to win, whether ethical or not.

The announcement confuses Jack. He wonders if it is a bluff. He considers she’s using the press release to throw him off while staging a coup to take over Jabot.

Diane feels terrible that Ashley’s hatred for her has put so much strain on their sibling relationship. Jack reassures Diane that this is not her fault. There’s been tension for a long time. Diane finds that hard to believe, considering most of their fights are related to Jack’s engagement with her.

Jack runs into Tucker at Society and refuses to hold his tongue. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Jack warns Tucker to stop dragging Ashley away from Jabot. Jack believes Tucker is encouraging Ashley to leave Jabot and fueling her anger toward Diane.

Tucker denies it, stating he has encouraged Ashley to let her rivalry with Diane go. Jack accuses Tucker of wanting to inflict pain and misery on everyone in his life. He refuses to let his sister get hurt by a con man like him.
