She is grateful that her daughter is settling in with Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras Mckinlay) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks) but was unnerved when learning about her son’s new development.

Noelle’s character believes she is handling this delicate situation carefully by being upfront with Thomas and not making promises. She has not experienced Thomas’ pattern of controlling or erratic behavior to date.

Of course, Brooke and Taylor know that Thomas is okay for the moment because he is being led to believe a long-term relationship with Hope is possible, if not probable. But what happens if Hope tires of their connection or decides to return to Liam?

Taylor told Thomas that she did not want him to end up alone. His mother wants him to avoid regretting risking his heart.

It is fair for Taylor to compare Hope to Brooke because viewers know Hope compared herself to her mother months ago. That heated conversation happened when Hope was having repetitive romantic thoughts about Thomas.

The kisses in Rome, Italy, proved not to be a post-fashion event euphoric moment. No, they were signals Hope sent to Thomas that she recognized his redemption accomplishment and valued his devotion to Hope for the Future and most importantly, to her on B&B.
