General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that some stunning plot twists are on the horizon. Right now, limited people know about Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) and his ALS condition. While he’s told his son Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and subsequently, his girlfriend Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), Gregory is struggling to tell his other son, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).

General Hospital Spoilers: Harrison Chase Will Learn The News From A “Unlikely” Source

GH spoilers for the fall have stated that the cop will learn about his dad’s dire condition from someone unlikely. As Gregory recently told Tracy, and the only other person who knows is Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) there’s a good chance that Ms. Q will drop the bomb. Perhaps, by accident or possibly on purpose.

Tracy was stunned to learn about Greogory’s ALS diagnosis last week. After all, while the two do banter, they have established somewhat of a friendship. In fact, if fans didn’t know any better, it looks like they could move forward with a romance; however, considering his illness could progress rather quickly, a relationship between Gregory and Tracy (or anyone else for that matter) does seem “iffy”.

Mrs. Q is a lot of things, but a completely heartless woman she is not. Fans could tell she was hit hard by Gregory’s confession. She’s also still struggling with Luke Spencer’s (Tony Geary) death, so the thought of losing someone else may terrify her.

Still, Tracy will spill the beans to Chase by either telling him nonchalantly (thinking that he already knew) or possibly letting it slip during an argument between him, her, and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

Chase won’t only be shocked when he hears the news, but he’ll be completely off guard that Tracy was in the loop, and not him.

Will Tracy be the one to tell Chase about Gregory? She can be a blabbermouth, at times!
