General Hospital Spoilers: Will TJ and Molly Ever Have Children?
It was bad enough when Molly Lansing-Davis (Holiday Mia Kriegel) learned she had endometriosis and would never be able to conceive a child the natural way, but they believed they had more options and planned to freeze Molly’s eggs and have a baby using IVF. However, an ultrasound shows that Molly may not have any viable eggs and that would put IVF out of the picture.
“When they get this news, TJ’s first thought is, ‘I hurt for her.” He comes at her with of this encouragement and support, telling her, ‘There are still other options. It’s no final and just because it’s unlikely doesn’t mean it’s impossible,'” Tajh Bellow said in the June 26, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “But Molly is pretty much in shock and her reaction is that she wants to slow down and process everything.”
What Will ‘Tolly’ Do Next?
Molly doesn’t just want to process it all, she might want to pivot away from having children altogether. This is all too much for her and maybe they need to change their focus.
“As a loving partner, he’s going to support whatever she needs,” Bellow told Digest. “But now he’s wondering, “Does she even want a family anymore? Has this been too much for her to bear? Is this more pain than the joy of having a child will bring?”
There is a lot for TJ and Molly to consider and we know this story is far from over. In fact, there might be another option for Molly and TJ that they never even thought of and that option could be Molly’s sister, Kristina Corinthos-Davis. Kristina was recast with Kate Mansi for a big reason and she might just be the person to give Molly and TJ a child. But, at what cost?
This would be a major step for Kristina to take and we already can tell that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) would be against something so emotional and messy.
