General Hospital Spoilers: Is Elizabeth Leaving General Hospital?

General Hospital Spoilers have fans wondering if Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is leaving the show. Liz has now gotten everything she wanted at work and happy characters often spell disaster. Could Liz be leaving the show?

Elizabeth Webber Has Been Unhappy For A While

General Hospital Spoilers reveal that Liz has never been truly happy since Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) was killed by Peter August (ex-Wes Ramsey). Liz has tried to have a relationship with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) unfortunately, memories from Liz’s past caused her to have sleepwalking issues that broke them up.

Liz blamed Finn for trying to help her and they have never gotten their relationship back on track. Cameron Webber (William Lipton) recently left home for college and he was a huge help to Liz with the younger boys as well. Following this, Liz helped Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Adam Huss) hold Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) hostage as well.

GH Spoilers: Epiphany Johnson Passed Away

Liz’s mentor, Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) passed away after Sonya died from complications of surgery. Liz was extremely upset when Epiphany died because she was upset with her when she left town. However, Epiphany left her recommendation that Liz be appointed head nurse after she vacated the job to go to medical school.

Liz didn’t find out about this until Epiphany’s memorial service when Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) agreed with the recommendation and offered Liz her support. Liz has now officially been given the job of her dreams, following not only in Epiphany’s footsteps but also in the footsteps of her grandmother as well.

General Hospital Spoilers: Will Liz Webber Stay In Port Charles?

With Cameron moving to California for school, Liz could always pack up her other boys for a fresh start. Liz hasn’t had a great deal of happiness the past few years and may decide a change of scenery could be good for her. After all, it is very hard for Liz to be away from Cameron for months on end, and moving closer to him could put her mind at ease.

Liz could also have a change of heart and decide she wants to reconnect with her parents as well. Liz has been away from her parents since she was 15. Liz’s parents have asked for her forgiveness for the past and want to try to mend their relationship but Liz has resisted so far. Will Liz have a change of heart and move closer to them for her kids’ sake if nothing else?
