General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that fans should expect the unexpected in the land of Port Charles. Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is falling back into the swing of things after almost dying from leukemia.

She’s back to work and back to spending time with family, friends, and loved ones. She and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) struggled with so many ups and downs during her condition, but thanks to a bone marrow transplant from her Great-Aunt Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), she seems to finally be back to normal.

So, is this the end of her health woes, or just the beginning?

GH spoilers suggest that Willow could be rattled, once again, by a “visit” from her adoptive mom, Harmony Miller (Inga Candranel).

The lady who raised her recently came to her in a dream, and while her words are incoherent, fans got the impression that Harmony was “warning” Willow that she couldn’t trust something or someone.

Of course, as bio mom Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has been lying up a storm, so many viewers naturally assumed Harmony’s cryptic warning was about her; however, what if the lady’s warning was about Willow’s health?

What if she was telling her daughter that she can’t “trust” what the tests are saving about her recovery? Michael has been visibly worried that Willow is moving too fast and doing too much. Could something go wrong?

General Hospital Spoilers: The Liesl Obrecht Factor

Liesl hasn’t been seen at all since her bone marrow donation, and many have taken notice. Actress Kathleen Gati recently revealed on social media that she’d be back on the soap opera very soon, which is exciting news for any Liesl fan.

Still, as Obrecht no longer has a romantic involvement with Scotty Baldwin (Kin Schriner), and no real storyline right now, so, could she return on the canvas if Willow has a relapse?

She was able to save the day last time, so she’ll likely be the first person TJ Ashford (Tahj Bellow) reaches out to. Having said that, if the leukemia returns, it may be more complicated this time around.
