General Hospital Spoilers: Eddie Maine Has Eyes for Nina — Watch Out, Sonny

General Hospital spoilers indicate Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth) couldn’t possibly know what lies ahead for him, but he’s excited for the potential to record some songs and get set up with Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) connections in the music scene. Eddie might not be willing to accept that his past is completely different from his present, but he is aware that he doesn’t remember his former music manager. That’s probably for the best, given that he was madly in love with Lois Cerullo (Lesli Kay) at one time. Still, Eddie hardly has designs on romance in mind right now; he’s in love with his music — whatever that sounds like. But give it time; that could change.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nina Has Designs on Eddie’s Success

Nina may not be in the market for a new man, but she is eager to hang onto the one she’s got. That means Sonny can never find out she was the OG tipster who turned Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) — and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) — in to the SEC. Nina wants nothing more than for Eddie to succeed in his music career, and for it to take him anywhere but Port Charles. As she butters him up and continues to support his irrational and brain injury-induced feelings, Eddie is going to be developing some more serious feelings in the process.

GH Spoilers Report Olivia is Ousted

Nina won’t be able to say she never had any intention of stealing Ned away from Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) — but she never wanted him in this way. Ned is going to mistake Nina’s support and friendship in his time of need as something more.

Believing she’s attracted to him, he won’t think twice about crossing Sonny, despite the fact that the mobster just gave him every connection he’s relying on to make a go of his music career. Furthermore, Olivia will be the farthest thing from his mind. As for Nina, she’ll be worried sick about both of them but will feel she’s in no position to ruffle Eddie’s feathers if she needs him to be inclined to believe every word that comes out of her mouth. How else is she going to manipulate him into never letting Ned back into his conscious mind?

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Won’t Be Bothered

In the process of trying to help Ned come back to his senses and give Eddie the boot from his brain, Sonny will be baffled when it seems like Eddie is cementing his role in Ned’s body. Try as he may, there is no way he’ll be able to give Ned/Eddie all of his attention. There are other problems in his life that require his energy — like Carly’s dumpster fire of a life.
