General Hospital Spoilers: Donnell Turner’s Milestone Achievement, Attains Academic Success!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Donnell Turner has been burning up the screen as his character Curtis Ashford tries to adjust to a life in a wheelchair.

Curtis is brave, strong, and loyal, and yet he is doubting his stellar qualities at a time like this.

His loved ones are 100 behind him and have his back: Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), and Laura Collins (Genie Francis).

Curtis rescued them from deranged Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and more recently saved the day in Greenland. In a word, Curtis is determined, just like Turner who recently shared some tremendous news with GH fans.

General Hospital spoilers: Donnell Turner Graduates

Donnell Turner just announced in an exciting Instagram post: “On Friday, October 27th I was blessed to realize a dream that had eluded me for over thirty years. I graduated from The Los Angeles Film School,Summa Cum Laude, with A Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Filmmaking!”

He included video clips showing him receiving his degree and the thrilling moment when he moved his graduation cap tassel from right to left.

GH News: Exciting News For Donnell Turner

He added: “When I started my academic journey it was also to live up to Momma’s academic examples and share her love of learning. I can just hear her animated voice of approval now; I know she is pleased.”

He went on to say “To my core, I am Grateful beyond words, and I know Momma is proud of her baby boy.” He thanked all the fans who would be congratulating him and ended on a positive note: “Remember — Your direction is more important than your location, and It is NEVER too late to put your dreams into action!”

Turner’s Instagram also had a pic of him with co-star Tajh Bellow (T.J. Ashford). Bellow also graduated from the Los Angeles Film School and the caption read: “Congratulations to all the 2023 graduates and props to my ‘nephew’ and friend @tajhbellow for staying with it and earning the win. You did it sir!”

Bellow posted graduation photos to his Instagram on October 30, including one of him and Turner. Bellow earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Filmmaking.

Many GH costars left their congratulations on Bellow’s page including William Lipton (Cameron Webber), Kate Mansi (Kristina Davis), Sofia Mattsson (Sasha Gilmore), Katelyn MacMullen (Willow Tait), Josh Kelly (Cody Bell), and Risa Dorken (Amy Driscoll).
