Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Whitley Cons Abe Into “Renewing Their Vows”, Who Would Officiate?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Whitley King (Kim Coles) will con Abe Carver (James Reynolds) into “renewing their vows”. Who would officiate, and what will the venue be-a standee of the Tiger King in her cat collection filled apartment?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Abe Carver And Paulina Price’s First Anniversary

It’s Abe and Paulina Price’s (Jackeé Harry) first anniversary, and somehow he remembers Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) telling him they got married on Juneteenth. Well, now it’s Juneteenth and Abe asks Whitley a bunch of questions about his past, and starts having some flashbacks of Paulina like he did in a dream, earlier. He confronts Whitley when he starts having the flashbacks and tells her he’s starting to remember, and he knows she’s not his wife, and he demands some proof-a wedding photo.

Whitley lies and tells him their photo album was lost over the years but she thinks she has one photo saved on her computer. She goes online and finds a photo of Abe and Paulina’s wedding and photoshops her face on Paulina’s and gives it to him.

DOOL Spoilers: Lies To Cover Up Lies

Since Chanel happens to be in the shot as well as Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) she has to explain who they are since they’re right up close and recognizes Chanel. She kind of almost tells the truth saying Chanel is his daughter and tells the truth about Theo, not realizing he’s actually Abe’s son.

She admits Chanel had visited him in the hospital but had to fly back to England where she attends school after learning he’d be okay. She’d read about the reason Colin Bedford (Jasper Newman) had attacked Abe, as for Theo, she makes a good guess and says he lives outside the country as well. Of course, that brings even more questions about the past and she says his son and daughter were from a previous marriage where he was widowed-she’d been their stepmother.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: A Vow Renewal?

Presented with the photo, which Abe can’t tell was doctored, Whitley suggests they renew their vows for Juneteenth, but since he can’t get around too good yet they’ll be at home. She dresses up in a blue dress and a hat and holds a stuffed black and white cat, joking at least the cat is in a “tuxedo”. Abe agrees to it since she is the only person she knows, at least consciously, and it’s not going to be legally officiated-he’s still suspicious.

Abe still does not have enough memory to know for sure that Whitley is not Paulina and it looked like her in the photo. But still, his gut is telling him this is not his wife, but an imposter, and he isn’t sure why she’s doing this and keeping him there.
