Days of our Lives Spoilers: Tate Harmed in Prison, Theresa & Brady Fear More Violence

Days of our Lives (DOOL) spoilers show that raging EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) wants to make an example of Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann) by sending him to jail as payback for Holly Jonas’ (Ashley Puzemis) drug OD.

Holly is the daughter of EJ’s SO Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker). The couple are hurting badly from what they think is the loss of their newborn baby and so he is venting his anger on Tate who subsequently has a hair raising experience in jail.

DOOL spoilers: Tate’s Dad Tried to Take the Fall

Tate’s dad Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) tried to take the fall for Brady by saying he was the one with the drugs, not Tate. In fact Tate was not the supplier, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time, holding Holly’s stash when the police arrived.

Justin Kiriakis managed to get Tate free on bail, but that was revoked over concerns Tate’s wealth made him a flight risk.

Days of our Lives spoilers: Tate in Trouble

Despite his protestations that he is innocent, EJ has him charged as an adult and sent to jail where his safety is at risk in a population of hardened convicts.

Tate will be fresh meat to the incarcerated criminals and his parents Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) are sick with worry about his safety.

During the week of January 8-12, Brady and Theresa visit Tate to lend their support and tell him he has tremendous support on the outside.

What they discover is that Tate has zero support on the inside! They recoil in horror to discover that their son has a black eye and looks like a defeated pup. Seeing Tate in this condition is shocking and heartbreaking for Brady and Theresa.

They can’t help it, they panic over Tate’s safety, but he may tell them not to make matters worse by kicking up a ruckus. Even though Tate may believe that he can handle whatever comes next, Theresa and Brady fear he is a target and is in for more violence.

As a result, Brady and Theresa are on the same parenting page and have ideas about how to protect him.

Nonetheless, EJ is on a mission to make Tate pay for something he didn’t do and is so angry that he doesn’t care what happens to him behind bars.
