Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers suggest some major plot twists on the horizon, as the ‘who’s your daddy’ storyline for Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) continues to roll on.

During the Monday, October 23rd episode, Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) realized that Nicole got another genetic test done as she “lost” the old one.

The lawyer immediately jumped into action; however, did she successfully switch those tests or did she fumble?

Days Spoilers: Sloan Petersen Is Crafty

DOOL spoilers note that Sloan is a crafty one. As soon as Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) told her about Nicole’s second genetic test, she sprang from his arms and ran over to the DiMera mansion.

Thinking fast on her feet, she lingered in the shadows at the right moment, rang the doorbell to distract EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), hopped into the house while he was at the door, and switched that paternity test. Or did she?

Whether the actress fumbled during the scene, or this was done on purpose as it will be sure to bite Sloan in the butt at some point in the future, it looks like Sloan did not successfully switch those orange envelopes.

The “real” genetic testing envelope had the number 12 on it, while the one she had was blank. When Sloan first went to switch the tests, she paused, accidentally switched the sides of them, and placed the original down, taking the one she brought back to her apartment, only to shred it.

Could this be an error on the production side of things, or does this mean that EJ and Nicole still have the original test? If that’s the case, which it seems likely it is, then Sloan’s massive fumble equals out to a massive failure.

Although, the Days winter preview hints that Sloan eventually steals NicEJ’s baby with the help of Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) and pretends that the little one passed away, when will the truth come out that Nicole was carrying Eric’s baby all along?
