Holly went to talk to Eric about the situation. Eric wanted to discuss it with Sloan. However, Sloan had to rush out to free Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart).

While running out the door, Sloan told Eric that any decision he made to make Nicole accept it was fine by her. However, Sloan had no idea that Eric was going to have a DNA test done on the baby.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Sloan was furious and panicked when Sloan learned about Eric’s actions.

Sloan tried to stop Eric from reading the DNA test results. Sloan was certain that the truth was about to become exposed. However, both Nicole and Sloan were stunned to learn that the DNA test was not a match.

Of course, this could be due to Sloan’s constant tampering of Nicole’s prenatal tests. It was believed that Sloan doctored the hard copy of the genetic analysis test, not the actual file or the information on the hospital’s computer.

So, Kayla said the toothbrush didn’t have enough DNA, so they used the results on file from the analysis. In any case, the results showed that the baby didn’t belong to EJ. Fans know it’s because the baby actually belongs to Eric.

Now, a decent doctor or hospital would have done a double comparison or had a lab tech swab both parents’ mouths. Of course, that would make it harder for soaps to make these kinds of storylines!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Melinda Trask’s Switcheroo?

It is teased that Nicole could get her baby back just in time for a Christmas miracle. It’s going to be impossible to redeem Sloan unless she confesses. Nicole does kidnap Jude during the week of December 11. However, what if there is a twist and it turns out that Sloan isn’t raising Nicole’s baby after all?

Is it possible that Melinda grabbed the child to raise herself? Melinda was bonding with the child and seemed particularly concerned about who would raise the little boy. Melinda also kept talking about signs from the universe each time Sloan balked.

Perhaps Melinda took the baby for herself – especially since she missed out raising her own child, Haley Chen (Thia Megia). At the last minute, another adoptee might have become available.

Since Melinda used to be the district attorney, she would know that there will constantly be issues that could expose the truth.

Plus, with the devious doctor going back and forth, Melinda might have decided it was best not to tell Sloan she was getting another baby, not Nicole’s.
