Days of our Lives spoilers: The week of February 26, 2024 Brings Back Elani

This week fans will see Salem supercouple Elani back onscreen when Lamon Archey and Sal Stowers reprise their roles as Eli and Lani Grant. The visit is expected to be a short one; Both actors left in 2022 but were seen onscreen in 2023.

DOOL spoilers: The week of February 26, 2024 Brings Back a Super Couple

The couple come to town after her mother Paulina Price’s (Jackeé Harry) medical emergency. Most likely Lani is released to see her mom for a temporary visit. She was sent to prison for killing her biological father, TR Coates (William Christian).

Archey told Soap Opera Digest that he was excited about his comeback. “I was excited to see Sal” he said. “It had been a long time since I had had any scenes with her, so it was definitely good to come back and work with Sal again.”

He added that he “was definitely looking forward to catching up with Jim [Reynolds, Abe] and always Susan [Seaforth Hayes, Julie].

Anytime I go there, I always go to her room and see if she’s in there, whether I have a scene with her or not. I always try to touch base with her.” Julie Williams is Eli’s grandmother.

Eli will have a shock when he finds out that an arsonist torched the Horton home but it is good he will be on hand to support Julie and her family.

He told the outlet “It was definitely good to get back in the mix of things with Sal and have some scenes with her, and I’m sure it will be really exciting for the fans to be able to see Eli and Lani together again.”

“It’s always great working with Sal. Our friendship goes well beyond Days of our Lives. I knew her before, so there’s never the thing where we have to get used to each other again or feel like we have to dust off the cobwebs.”

On Thursday, February 29 James Read is back onscreen as evil Clyde Weston. He appears with Brandon Barash’s character Stefan DiMera and delivers a deadly instructions.
