The synopsis reads, “Thomas and Hope have a memory of the time they spent in Rome by having a romantic Italian dinner.”
This could suggest that Thomas plans a special dinner for Hope, where plans to propose. Thomas has a feeling that she’s ready to commit. Keep in mind that she hasn’t told him that she’s in love with him, only that she can’t get enough of him. She’s only been wearing his ring around her neck as a reminder of his commitment and love for her.
